Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Money Order or Wire Transfer.
Company cheques are accepted from regular customers. If new customers wish to pay by Company cheque, the order will be held until the cheque is cleared.
Most orders will be shipped within 24 hours after payment.
Shortages or damages should be reported to us within 48 hours after receiving the shipment.
Customers should get a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from us for returning any product.
